Jason came to the Sparkbox training space to introduce attendees to building a sustainably healthy lifestyle centered on strength.

Jason Harrison is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach with almost a decade of experience helping people transform their bodies. He has worked in gyms in New York City, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Dayton, Ohio, but he didn’t start out as a personal trainer. With a background in political science and foreign policy analysis, Jason’s approach to fitness is that of someone who sees it as but one aspect of an otherwise well-rounded lifestyle. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in political science and George Mason University with an M.A. in international commerce and policy. He holds multiple strength-training certifications with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a nutrition-coaching certification from Precision Nutrition. Jason lives in Dayton, Ohio, where he co-owns the fitness consultancy Present Tense Fitness with his wife Susan.
